1. About these terms
This website, mytribeerp.com, is operated by Clear Path Digital Consulting Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria with its office in Lagos ("ClearPath Digital", "we", "us"). By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Customers' use of the MyTribeERP platform and apps is governed by the Subscription Terms, the Data Processing Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.
2. Information on this site
We describe MyTribeERP as accurately as we can. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet available. The site is general information, not an offer: what a customer receives is set by its order form and the Subscription Terms. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, accounting or tax advice.
We may change or remove content at any time, and we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
3. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or test its security except under our vulnerability disclosure policy;

- submit false information or someone else's details through the demo form.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and graphics, and the names and logos of MyTribeERP and ClearPath Digital belong to Clear Path Digital Consulting Limited. You may not copy or reuse them except to view the site, or as the law allows, without our written permission.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to other sites, such as the ClearPath Digital website and the MyTribeERP app. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
6. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
